1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and bjaff ("bjaff", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the bjaff online casino and sports betting platform at https://bjaff.ws (the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all products and services on the Platform, including live casino, slots, crash games, sports betting, bonuses, and loyalty programmes. bjaff may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility Requirements

Access to the bjaff Platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at registration and throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bjaff's verification team may request proof of age at any time.
• You are an individual acting on your own behalf, not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of bjaff, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or had an account terminated on the bjaff Platform for a breach of these Terms.

3Account Registration

To access bjaff's full range of services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current and complete information. bjaff reserves the right to verify any information provided and to require additional documents including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

• Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. bjaff will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
• You must notify bjaff immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected].
• bjaff operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or at any time bjaff deems necessary for compliance purposes.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

bjaff supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All transactions are processed through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Requests are processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours under normal conditions. bjaff does not guarantee processing times during high demand, maintenance periods, or where KYC is pending.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified bjaff account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bjaff does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside bjaff's control.
• bjaff may request supporting documents for any withdrawal, including bank statements or further KYC materials, before processing the transaction.

Funds in your bjaff account are not interest-bearing. bjaff holds player funds in a segregated account maintained separately from operational funds, providing a degree of protection for player balances.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bjaff offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated when the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements before any associated bonus funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover will be stated in the specific promotional terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to completing applicable wagering requirements.
• bjaff may withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited at the time of withdrawal will not be retrospectively removed, but their wagering requirements remain in effect.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only and may not be claimed more than once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including bonus arbitrage, hedging with bonus funds, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will have their account suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings from such abuse cancelled.

6Responsible Gaming

bjaff is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity, available within account settings and activatable at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases are immediate.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you are automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of 1 to 42 days. During this period you cannot log in, deposit or bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion of minimum 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the exclusion period. Contact support via live chat or at [email protected] to request self-exclusion.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bjaff. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any AI tool to interact with or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing information about hands, bets or strategies in real time during live casino games or sports betting events.
• Attempting to launder money or using the Platform for any transaction that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially prohibited activity under applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the bjaff Platform — including software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces and game mathematics — is the exclusive property of bjaff or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of bjaff.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjaff, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, computer damage or system failure — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its content.

bjaff does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. bjaff's total cumulative liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bjaff account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

10Account Suspension and Termination

bjaff reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited activities or KYC obligations.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of bots or automated tools, or collusion with other players.
• A request or order from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body or court requiring restriction or closure of the account.
• Account inactivity of 12 continuous months or more, after which bjaff may classify the account as dormant and apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month following written notice.

11Privacy and Data Protection

bjaff collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://bjaff.ws/privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to collection and processing of your personal data as described there. All data is transmitted via SSL encryption. bjaff does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting [email protected].

12Amendments to These Terms

bjaff may amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bjaff will publish the revised Terms on this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via their account email or an in-platform notification. The revision date appears at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any funds in your account.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bjaff's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute, you are encouraged to contact our support team first to seek an informal resolution. bjaff will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. If informal resolution is not achievable, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
